The Mecca art piece features the Kaaba with Ayah 150 from Surah Bakarah:
فَوَلِّ وَجْهَكَ شَطْرَ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِۚ
'Turn your face towards the sacred mosque'
 
The Madinah art piece features the Gumbad with the Darood:
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
'Oh Allah! Send your mercy on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad'
