قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ مَلِكِ النَّاسِ إِلَهِ النَّاسِ
مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِالَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ

“Say: I take refuge with the Lord of Mankind, the King of Mankind, the God of Mankind, from the evil of the slinking whisperer, who whispers evil into the hearts of Mankind, from among Jinn and Mankind.”
 
Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas are two of the most powerful Surahs of the Holy Quran. The two Surahs are called “Al-Mu’awwadhatayn,” the two cries for refuge and protection.
 
Our Prophet (s.a.w.) used to recite the 3 Quls, blow onto his palm and wipe them over his body (as much as he could cover). These Surahs are recited for the physical and spiritual protection against all evil (both internal and external).
